Domino's Pizza - Kent

If they do not order on the line, they simply forget it. they call the number they get dominos central. it was 15 minutes on the phone and was not ready to place order. I hung up. I never have to taste pizza. if it's like other dominos, nothing great. sooner, no more.

What really bites is that the food is really good, but the wait times have always been ridiculous lately since there have only been about two people working there. They get far behind so badly, that the online order tickets start piling up on the floor, and it’s an additional 30 minute wait no matter what day or time you're ordering.If you’re getting back ordered that badly, then make sure you either close your online ordering system, change the estimated wait time, or don’t even open at all. I’m tired of waiting over an hour for an online pickup order.

The spinach feta cheesy bread I ordered in person was good and I received in a timely manner. The store was clean employees friendly.

While Domino’s Pizza is good every once in a while I am frustrated with their ordering application. I didn’t have an easy time and had to redo my order several times before it took, it took 20 minutes just to order. Then, when my order was set to be ready they would have been closed. So I had to switch locations, redo my order again.The people inside were super nice though. The food wasn’t that bad either. But if your going to spend $60 on food I would go elsewhere.

We have been eating at this store for a year and a half since moving to Des Moines….Food is always delivered hot and fresh and the customer service is always amazing along with delivery which is a huge plus
