The new automated system is a bit confusing... and too much mayo on the dave's... and the dining room is kind of like an empty cafeteria...

One lady threw the bag towards me bc she was overwhelmed that day. However a young man in the front who takes the orders is a hard worker and handles things even when they are super busy, Fries could be a little warmer,

This place is a joke first off serves cold burgers and the cheese isn't even melted then you can get a 13 dollar meal but unless you get nuggets you need to pay extra for one sauce when your meal has fries?, half the staff look like drug addicts, then you have the smug punk manager who looks like the only fights he's ever been in are with his mom, this place is an embarrassment to food establishments everywhere

The lady working yesterday, heather, at the front was a hot mess and needs to be put into back cash or dishes or something. She messed up on this older gentleman’s order four times almost giving my food to him. Was talking under her breath and was extremely flustered. The manager did my order which was perfect except when I woke up this morning with food poisoning. Running back and forth between having diarrhea and puking. I recommend going to the other Wendy’s in the other side of bald hill because this has never happened to me at that location.

Gave me the wrong order then when I came to add the right order the lady was being very disrespectful and rude to me. I forgot to add something on the burger and she refused to add it on the side or let me reorder it.
