Mike's Place - Kent

Good food and good service... and the menus are hilarious! I've never been to a place like this...I LIKED IT!! I ordered and explored. Every section makes a statement; the walls, ceilings, menus hell... even the restroom doors! Go inside if you haven'talready.

We really like Mike?s Place for take out, but lately consistency has been a big issue. More times than not our orders have regularly been missing items (fries) (dressing for salads) (toppings). The food is always ready super fast, but honestly I?drather wait a few extra minutes and have everything done right. Aside from that our meals are usually great. Breakfast fordinner is a huge plus! Most items are big enough to split with a friend, it?s so much food. Our favorites have been; the Reuben,Burger Sliders, and pretty much any breakfast item. Atmosphere is unique, definitely something to look at. Menu is huge I?drecommend going over it before sitting down to eat unless you?ve got 20 minutes to figure out what you want to eat.

We waited 30 minutes for a table but after that service was quick. Very busy. Prices were fair. Large menu. Tiff was our server and she was great. She was quick and friendly. My son got the blast furnace wings and he was happy with the flavor. Igot the chicken po boy and it was so good. But it was so big it could seriously feed my family of 4. Long islands are great.

Never go there and be served by someone named sweetnesses it is terrible, just like every bit of the service they receive at mikes place, the current manager is wonderful, but the staff that is old and crochet is sucking.

We enjoyed the eclectic atmosphere and friendly service. I had the ham steak with ananas, mac n cheese and broccoli, loved it. my type had the slides, but they were dry and not impressive.
