Gloucester - Kensington and Chelsea

Small looking from outside pub inside become quite spacious with plenty of sitting space. Decent prices were quite a shocker in pub placed on the street surrounded by poshness and lots of stores with overpriced items. Clean, helpful, and smiley staff.

Great pub for after work drinks. Lovely atmosphere.

An absolute disaster of a pub. Would be a great pub if it were run competently but the manager has as much charm as most peoples' ankles, and their booking system is broken, and their website is wrong. We booked for 11.30. Our booking was taken, but the pub didn't open until 12.00. When we got in they didn't have our booking, so we took another table. A few minutes later they told us we had to move from that table because it was booked by someone else. Fortunately the someone else turned up and told us that their group was going to be late, but the pub had not responded to their requests to delay their booking. It meant that the pub manager was fighting for something that wasn't even wanted and they were too busy doing that, to speak to everyone and find a route through. Such a shame. Had this been better run we would have stayed as it was our group left fairly quickly and we won't come back. This is the first negative review I have left on this system but it was so awful I feel they deserve it.

Super cosy pub on Sloane St, with a decent lunch menu. We loved it

Nice and cosy atmosphere. Let me use the toilet without question! Would go back for a drink
