Bidrage med feedbackI would not give this place any stars. I placed an order before closing time and they had ample time to prepare. We received an email confirming the order with a specific delivery window of around 11:15. However, the estimated delivery time passed and we waited longer than expected. Despite it being a busy Saturday, we were left unsure of the status of our order as the restaurant closed at midnight and we couldn't reach anyone for an update. We didn't receive any communication informing us that our order would not be delivered, even though the pizza tracker indicated it was ready. We never received a cancellation email. It would have been appreciated if they had called so we could have ordered from another open pizza restaurant. We will not be returning to this place due to their poor customer service. We prefer Domino's, as they are always on time and communicative about any issues. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill.
On Sunday, January 23rd, at 5:40 p.m., I spent the last 30 minutes trying to contact the restaurant. After being disconnected 15 times, an African American woman finally answered the phone but quickly placed me on hold and never returned. Frustrated with the lack of customer service, I ultimately hung up and decided not to call back. It seems the restaurant does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

I can't tell them how often I was at this special pizza hat when our family wanted to celebrate silvester with pizza, we turned on pizza hat. we ordered for pickup and the app said 50 min. I arrived 50 minutes later and immediately got a call that they canceled my order. 50 min after ordering! Why did you make pizza? hut feel the need to wait 50 min after my order? since I was already at pizza hut, I went to ask why my order was canceled and I was informed that they were closed early. that was before 19 o'clock. then I was told that they only work with a driver. I told them well what this has to do with my order? I didn't order delivery for the pick-up so that her reason is invalid. He said he understands how I am angry. So if they called me to put an order, and I took it an hour before I told them I decided to cancel their order, would they agree? he had no answer. so my question to her pizza hat is this a new standard thing? allow a customer to order food, then wait almost an hour before they break off? I've never had anything like that with pizza hat. it was funny to explain the family why our 3 pizzas and cinnamon rolls will not be our New Year's dinner.
You should tell people how long for delivery before they place the order.. My last delivery I was told it would be 2 hours after I placed my order.. Next time I will just order a pizza from a better restaurant.
