Kfc - Kenosha

Their service was pretty good. We did a pick up delivery. My wife just loves the place. Just thought it was strange that they had no iced tea or root beer. I know they got Pepsi products but still.

Food was as expected. However, I used the app and was able to choose a time for pick up. I arrived a bit early and it was supposed to be ready at 615pm. They didn't even start putting my meal together until I stepped up at that time and asked. They were out of the hot wings and had to cook more. Don't expect that the time you give to pick up your order will be honored. I guess it is what it is. I did hear a worker say someone didn't show etc etc. Back to Popeyes I guess.

I must bring home KFC every couple of months. Love the taste and convenience.

I'll go here every Monday night and command almost the same every time. they have never made a contract until tonight. I went in to get the missing items and was immediately apologised. they began to collect the missing objects and I could see how understaffed they were. I heard someone said something about short 5 people, but be for that that understaffed her still makes it work. I was apologised again and my missing items were given, I'm just waiting a minute. I wish I could leave all the staff a huge Christmas gift. they are all amazing

Customer service was amazing. I normally dont go to KFC but decided to try something new and the food was good but the customer service will keep me going back.
