Hillery's Kenosha -b-q

A lot of people in review said they were rude and the place wasn't clean I found neither of those the place was very clean and the lady was very nice drove about 40 miles just to try the they were out of tips so I got a shoulder sandwich the place did not smell of barbecue my sandwich wasn't good didn't have any type of smoked taste or smell as if it was cooked in a Crock-Pot or something I really have to be in the area which I probably won't to try them again but please people that's my opinion try it for yourself because they were serving lots of people

They never answer the phone its impossible to make an order I'm done after today!!

I've been going to Hillarys for years, and this place is amazing! The food is worth the wait and it can be busy at times. If you're trying to call, be patient, or just go in and order. Don't miss out on this one, it's a small hidden gem!

Been coming here for years definitely would say the food is good but the customer service is horrible done giving them my money whenever I come in

This place is a joke, the lady behind counter is super rude, they have a sign no card no service me having cash only thought that they only took credit or debit she rudly told me to read it again, and again I got the same meaning, she goes on to say it means cash only, well why not say cash only duh I refused to place an order and walked out will never, never go here again, place was empty for a saturday, I wonder why. Do yourself a favor and a wasted trip go elsewhere. Cant give less than one start to post, trust me they deserve less, like maybe a negative 10. That lady has some issues PTSD, PMS, or some type of disorder.
