Starbucks Canada - Kenora

Been to this Safeway Starbucks on two occasions while driving through Ontario. One instance, the service was slow and both times filtered coffee a bust (dark roast filter coffee weak/watered down). Not worth the trouble to travel off the highway.

Staff make rude comments and snicker among themselves about customers. Especially one male staff who moves at a snail’s pace while he is yapping constantly and making mistakes on orders…

This is not a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. why? they didn’t even put in cold foam at all! just a bunch of pumps of syrup and milk. this is NOT the drink i ordered. if you can’t make it properly because you are substituting things, you can at least tell the customer. it was disgusting. and i went to return it and there was no one there. the sign said they would be back in half an hour. i left it on the counter, as it tasted so bad and there was no way to get them to remake it as they left the counter. so this was a waste of money, a waste of time to stop here. not consistent with how drinks are made at every other starbucks in the country. you can’t make a drink and then not include the MAIN ingredient: sweet cream foam.

Caramel machiatto and white Chocolate mocha both with oat. great service and great tasting

Very nice staff even it was early morning 7.30 or so. Coffee like always good. Recommend.
