Papa Johns Pizza - Kennewick

Ordered take out. It was the worst pizza I've ever had. Just horrible. I won't be dining here

We usually purchase from this store and have no issues. We ordered tonight and the pizza was soggy and doughy and coldish. Not well done like I asked, let alone done in general. The wings tasted funny. Something off almost like they had been freezer burnt or were stale. It was weird. I don't know if it was a fluke or if we got the bottom of the barrel because I couldn't afford to tip the driver well this time. But, it was really off puting. The manager did refund the money and she was kind, but this tastes so bad I'm scared to come back, especially the wings.Edit- my boyfriend was brave enough to keep eating and the peperocini that comes with the meal was rotting and brown inside. Seriously, never coming back.

Tried calling them to place an order on my cellphone with Verizon, spotting connection. Called back on my partners phone with T-Mobile, terrible connection.
