Myfroyo Frozen Yogurt - Kennewick

The staff was two girls. we were greeted. hand hygiene didn't work, I let her know that she said it was broken and I had to pull something up? Anyway chocolate ice cream didn't work, I let her know that she said it didn't work, but no sign yet? like the handsanitizer. again, she's the only one who makes or speaks eye contact. other girls stayed forever on the chocolate and caramel. she helped me check, I said thank you after I paid and no answer. all the chairs are gone outside so nobody sits out there. we didn't say we had a good day or the way we left. not back customer service is not there sad

Helpful staff, many toppings, delicious frozen yogurt.

I don't really eat Froyo, which often, and before today, 02/19/2023, I never had frozen yogurt from this special business. I must say I was pretty impressed with my selection. I didn't expect it to be so much. The selection of flavors was quite good, as well as the toppings bar. Although it was only a few minutes away from closing, my girlfriend and I did not feel rushed, and the staff gets extra kudos (and hopefully an increase) waiting patiently while we built our froyos. This will probably be a regular treat every time I visit the Columbia-Mall.

Tasted good but it absolutely wrecked my stomach and left me miserable, and I'm not even that lactose intolerant

A family favorite of ours! I still like just the original play nice cream with half fruit half chocolate candy. But the kids love adding 3 to 4 different flavors of ice cream and then as much candy junk and random sauces as well fill the bowl.. so you can understand why it's a family favorite
