Bayou Some Cajun - Kennewick

I ordered the fried chicken po boy with low expectations. While I was waiting, the strong smell of fish filled the air (and I'm not a fan of fishy aromas), which made me a bit skeptical. However, the wait was only about four minutes, and the service was excellent. Once I got home and tried the po boy, I was blown away; it was so delicious that I had to cut it up and share it with my family, who were equally impressed! It was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of salt. Honestly, this was one of the best meals I've ever had!

The Po' Boy was a bit too salty for my taste, though it might have been the pickles that contributed to it. Overall, it was decent, but I wasn't overly impressed. The shrimp and grits were tasty, but the grits were excessively thick. It was a fun experience to try, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. Sorry, folks.

This was my first visit to the food truck, and I started off by ordering the gumbo. I headed back to my car, intending to bring it home to my husband. However, I couldn't resist tasting it before I left, and I was so impressed that I went back and got the shrimp tacos for myself—they were incredibly delicious! For dessert, I enjoyed some beignets, which were like little pillows of sweet delight. I highly recommend this place!

Tried this place for the first time tonight and understand now why my wife was eager to return. Their shrimp tacos were the best I?ve ever had. We tried a new bacon/shrimp wrap they were offering that was also great, and their house potato chips didn?tdisappoint. Only reason they didn?t reach 5 stars is they seem to often run out of certain popular items and sometimes have toclose up early. But overall, an excellent place to order!

I wanna do 4 star but I heard the sandwiches are bland.. I love the shrimp and grits the shrimp taco is ok. Fried pickles were perfect the first time the 2nd time I got them the look like the were fried in old oil
