Arby's - Kennewick

Got to the drive through with no one in front or behind me. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting to order. Half way through ordering the worker told me to hold on and then waited another 5 minutes. Paid then parked to wait for my food. Got the food and it was cold.If your a Arby’s fan please don’t go to this one you will definitely be disappointed until they change their staff.

I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket with cheese and bacon. When I got home and opened it up, it didn't have any bacon, VERY little cheese, and the brisket looked like it had their regular beef and the brisket rather than all brisket (good thing I had BBQ sauce or it would have been pretty dry VERY disappointed! (I couldn't return it because they didn't give me a receipt.

The workers here are really quick and helpful. Great service good food .
