Arby's - Kennewick

I have the little Buffalo chicken sandwiches they were so good. Customer service was good.

I had a bad experience at another Arby's and they were gracious enough to send a coupon for a free meal. I chose this location because it had the highest rating in our area and now I know why! Everything was excellent. The staff and service was great and the food was perfect. I had the sweet heat chicken sandwich. The chicken was hot and tender and the Hawaiian bread was soft and delicious. Thanks, Arby's!!

It's a little tricky to get in and out of and avoid traffic. The drive-thru menu appeared to be up-to-date. The prices are not as appealing as they used to be, but let's face it, if you want roast beef fast food, where else are you going to go? The service was absolutely phenomenal. They made sure our order was right and everything about the process was friendly and made sense. Food was delicious, small's actually small and large's actually large. Couldn't find a garbage receptacle outside the restaurant after we finished eating.

The man at the counter was the nicest dude and gave me probably the best service I've ever recieved at ANY fast food joint, never mind an Arby's. Give that guy a raise!

Super friendly staff! They seem like a group of friends to each other. Best Arby's I've ever been to.
