Ordered half a dozen donuts and they couldn’t fulfill it correctly. Demeanor was also unfriendly and apathetic. Make sure you check your order before driving away or you’ll arrive home to find they messed up your order!

This location used to be OK, but over the years it's gone downhill. If you do stop by, check your order carefully before you leave if you're lucky it might even be correct. Oh, and make sure that they actually charged you for the right thing. This morning my wife picked up a dozen bagels and they charged her for a dozen muffins only slightly more expensive but a sneaky way for them to pull in more cash.

I’m not from here but come to visit family every so often and go to this dunkin in the mornings. The first few times I came, it was pleasant, there was an energetic man taking my order and he was friendly. Coffee and food was good as well. This time I come, someone different comes on the intercom and says something unintelligible, not really sure if they are speaking to me so I stay silent. Then a few moments later the guy says “Yo… yo!” trying to get my attention. It sounded very rude and I don’t know if it was because I’m young that they thought that was an okay way to greet me but I found it rude and wondered if it had been an older person, would they have spoke that way to them?That’s not even the worst part of this experience. I get my coffee and sandwich and it just doesn’t taste like how my hometown Dunkin’ tastes. My coffee was unsweet and my sandwich was burnt and didn’t have the correct cheese on it. Very upset about this experience.

They keep the doors locked presumably because they don’t have enough staff. Drive thru line is always backed up. When you finally get there to order they are quite rude and don’t follow the normal flow of conversation when ordering. For example, you’d expect “hello welcome to Dunkin can I take your order” but instead you’re greeted with awkward silence as if they’re closed.Look closely at the other reviews and it’s clear they’re bogus. Bot accounts with AI generated nonsense.I ordered overpriced DoorDash from here and everything was burned as if someone left it in the oven and forgot about it and then decided to serve it anyhow.Honestly worst location I’ve been too and I’m shocked that somehow they’re still in business.

100% the best dunkin iv ever been too. great service, and always consistent.
