Taco Bell - Kenneth City

Long waits, frequently missing/incorrect items, ignore lobbyThis location Needs more employees. Three employees during lunch rush is ridiculous. One person shouldn’t be running drive through and lobby alone. They have drive thru timers so they help drive thru and ignore lobby. We were waiting 45 mins for online pick up to be remade because someone took our order.

Food ok.BUT now charges for a water cup. Petty.Used to eat there 2X a week. No more !

This was the worst experience I pulled up in the drive thru and was greeted the then I asked for a moment and the cashier proceeded to tell me he was on a timer and I needed to hurry up and then he said we have a lobby if I needed to look at the menu he was rude and unprofessional and last time I checked he worked for Taco Bell so why is he going out his way to tell me how I should be ordering he should be doing the job he was hired to do and that's to take a order

While trying to order, the employees are in the office getting stoned. They come out wreaking of marijuana. I get pushed by a heavyset girl as she's going outside to smoke a cigarette along with half the staff. The girl left at the register, I say this because she was trying to work drive thru taking orders at the same time taking our order. Instead of paying $20 something we paid $40+. We got things we didn't order didn't even get all what we actually ordered. That store needs an overhaul immediately! ????

Food was good but I had a slightly long wait for food.
