Subway - Kennesaw

I ordered crispy bacon. The lady burnt it and then wouldn’t replace it. We left without food.

The food was fresh. The best sub I have purchased in a while. Customer service was great . This particular location was VERY CLEAN. Very impressed.

Ever since this subway has been under new ownership I will NOT go to another Subway even ones that are closer to me. LOVE THE WADE GREEN SUBWAY!!

This isn't my usual Subway, and I've made a mental note in the past that the customer service isn't great, but I stopped because it was more convenient. Big Mistake. The women behind the counter made my sandwich like she was angry. She dumped something on my sandwich I didn't ask for, and when I mentioned it she acted like it was my fault, didn't apologize and started throwing another item on it that I didn't even ask extra for. It was insane, very uncomfortable and I will never return.

Just Blah. Burnt cookies, undercooked bread. Don’t bother ordering online for pickup because apparently if you don’t want lettuce shreds that means you don’t want any vegetables except sad mealy tomatoes and rubbery pickles.Just go to Publix next door and get a real sub. I only bother with this place because my kid is obsessed.
