On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

I’ve been at the hotel now for a few weeks. Kimberly and Jamal have been fantastic at helping me get settled always answered my requests. David the maintenance staff helped me get a few more chairs for our room too. Thank you!

We got here to check in at about 3 in the morning and the doors wasn’t even locked to where you needed a hotel key to get in. That was very scary considering there was several homeless people outside. We get inside and get to the second floor and the hallway smells AWFUL. If I ever could imagine what a dead body smelled like it definitely smelled like that. I couldn’t even breathe. It was the most disgusting smell ever. Every time we left and came back the smell got worst. There was dogs that was barking loud throughout the night. Worst experience. The toliet was stopped up when we got here and the shower didn’t drain water.

The Wi-Fi has not been working the ppl down the hall are loud af the ppl upstairs are loud af everyone here is loud dogs barking constantly ppl jumping upstairs stomping and screaming the only nice thing is I got a upgrade on my room but the Wi-Fi is so annoying and there's roaches

Every one living here looks like a crystal meth addict. I do private rides Lisa called me for a private ride. I drove all the way from McDonough and she did not pay me to a ride to home depot. She left her Handbag at home depot and asked me to go get it all by myself. I said okay and then she refused to pay me one dime. Two charges to and from and no pay. What a wretched woman what a wretched place watch your bags

Waited 20 minutes with 3 other parties to be seated while the manager and an employee talked at the bar. When I approached them to ask about the wait they said they were understaffed and couldn’t sit us. Ok , I understand that. What I can’t understand is common courtesy to come tell the customers waiting at the door to be seated. Will not return because if the manager cares that little about their customers they care even less about the quality of their service and food.
