Bought chicken bugs for my nephew, he loves nuggets from wendy’s. really helpful staff and eating is always fresh. highly recommended.

The inside is never open and the older lady that works the window is super rude,she talks down on you and always has a bad attitude,she needs Jesus. She also always give you the wrong stuff such as jelly,drink,really anything you ask for and God forbid you say something. They do or did have a younger black girl that worked the window and if your morning was bad she would make you feel like everything will be ok. She needs to train people on people skills and or public relations.Thanks, DwightP.S if older lady is working and I hear at drive thru,im just leaving if I even go back. If I could give no stars I absolutely would!!! This place has really gone down hill in the past 2 years. Every time we go, there has been someone with a horrible attitude taking orders or telling you that they are closed… They never close at the same times it’s always different. The only reason I have continued to try and go get food from here is bc my son loves Wendy’s and it’s not far from where I live, but I see I’m going to have to start to travel farther out from now on. Just shut it down…

Only person in the drive through and there was no one ordering inside. Still took forever for a simple order. They even made me back up to reset the drive through counter... Horrible customer service...

I loved the girl who attended me on wednesday july 13 in williams boulevard. very nice and empathic I like it
