Starbucks - Kenner

I go to the one in Kenner and everytime Yetta is working she is a beast! She has the most positive attitude and always makes you feel appreciated!

The best time to visit is in the mornings. That’s when customer service is the best.

I Always mobile order when you go to pick up you still have to wait sometimes up to 30 mins after you mobile order ppl who walk in and order get drinks before you do, ordered a venti cafe misto for husband and the cup was about 1/2 full have complained to corporate several times about issues with this and other locations. I heard this store has NO MANAGER

I went through the drive thru and got a small coffee with cream on the side. The cup was barely filled 3/4 the way. That’s unacceptable. You charge high prices for coffee and short me. Pitiful!

When you have to take a test Starbucks is the place to get a nice cool drink to relax
