Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Kenner

Is that the worst place ever? they were from all except chicken, koleslaw and pommes. In addition, they have an additional biscuit (big) but forget about 3 out of the 4 pieces chicken I ordered and that one piece was not sharp as I ordered it and then I wanted to answer what they accused me of and then they didn't give me my ranch. lol lol it was so bad that I couldn't believe it. service jobs are hard and I appreciate those who edit them. but dang this is really terrible parking: many parking places because most people drive thru

This restaurant was awesome. Quick friendly service and the food was great. Ordered the chicken strips and fries. Chicken was crunchy on the outside and super juicy and tender. The fries were fresh and crispy. The biscuit was on point as usual. Overall I am very impressed with this location. Outstanding.

I was not in line for very long, but once I got to the speaker, I was asked by the person working the drive thru to give him a minute. 15 minutes later, I had not heard anything, so I asked if I could order. The worker said to give him another minute. I said that it had been 15 minutes and nothing. He said “there are other customers.” This is a fast food place, this amount of time just to order is unacceptable.

Food was terrible. I use to love Popeyes. I can't believe how bad it is now. I was in drive up for at least 45 minutes. Biscuits were hard as rocks red beans and rice tasted old shrimp tasted terrible.

Terrible, the fries were over cooked, the red beans and rice tasted terrible the biscuits were hard as rocks and the shrimp tasted okay not good. I just can't believe how bad Popeyes is now. They used to be great. Really I would give them negative 5 stars
