Pollo Campero - Kenner

I believe I dined at this restaurant in the past, but it's been so long I can't quite recall. The dish I had reminded me of something I ate in Orlando. I'm not sure if it's the same chain or not. The food was delicious, particularly the grilled chicken with Campero rice. Every item was served hot and fresh. I would certainly return to dine here again!

The chicken at this restaurant is not your typical fare. They offer both baked grilled marinated chicken and roasted chicken. The baked chicken was a bit dry and could use more seasoning, but the fried chicken was outstanding - very juicy. The side of rice was good, and the Yucca Fries were excellent! This place is worth trying at least once.

I really enjoyed my experience at Pollo Campero, however, I had two unpleasant encounters with the staff while waiting for my chicken in the store. The employees taking orders were not very friendly and did not answer my questions well. Additionally, my potatoes were cold and tasted old. I hope someone from the company reads this review so they can address these issues. Furthermore, the bathrooms in the store were dirty with toilet paper thrown around. I would appreciate it if the management took the time to consider this feedback for improvement.

Extremely slow service. Would not reccomend. Nightmare for doordash orders. Avoid and decline all orders. Also before you say some racist stuff about making the white guy wait make sure he doesn't understand some Spanish.

Don?t recommend at all, the staff treated me rudely and i was just asked a question and for a to go box. They also started to make fun of my mom and reported it, customer service barely did anything about it. Also whenever i got my food it was cold.. NOT only that but the restrooms are VERY unsanitary, toilet paper hanging everywhere and they looked like they?ve only cleaned them once a year? i?ve attended to other pollo camperos but i STRONGLY don?t recommend this one . i wish i could rate it wayyy less than a star.
