Parran's Po-boys - Kenner

I ordered an oyster poboy. They don't spread the mayonnaise to the ends of the bread. I had eaten there the week before and the same thing happened. So I specifically asked for the mayonnaise to be spread all over the bread and they didn't do it. I worked in a restaurant, it's not that hard. A blob of mayonnaise in the middle of a sandwich, with no mayo on the ends doesn't taste good. I would not have gone back but was with friends that wanted to go here.

Great place for a quick, light lunch with friends. Roast beef poyboy and potato salad every time. Sometimes it comes out before I sit down!

I don’t know why yall are lying saying this place is good , I was there today with my husband and I had the ham and cheese poboy and my husband had the shrimp and crawfish Diane , my sandwich was horrible they brought it to me the French bread was so hard , I told the girl she act like she had a attitude, my husband food was okay , I could have went to canes and had better service ! I will never go there or recommend this place to nobody !!

Their bread pudding was amazing, don't care for the sauce that comes in the cup as it must have alcohol in it, but the dessert by itself is perfection! Really great sandwiches as well.

The fried pickles were to die for. The fish was really tender under-seasoned but still good. However, they don't give much fish, though. I ordered 1/2 catfish with a side of fried pickles and side salad. I actually got fried pickles with a side of catfish. The service was great. Will go here again. But I will ask for more fish.
