Mcdonald's - Kenner

Sandwich was dry as if they left in sit under lamp to long. Food should be changed out every so many hours. Not left made from beginning of lunch.

It Was really good they were fast too I was starving being I was on my way home from having surgery.

Came in one evening on drive through side and I waiting 11 min for them to ask what I wanted to order. Mind you, there were no cars in front in line. Got to the pay window and guy seemed like they were having a gossip party. Took a min to get my creditcard back. Then went to next window and food was closer to cold the hot. Was disappointed because I was the only customer inline.

Disappointment is an understatement! Dirty dining area, unfriendly, and downright rude staff! With the many 1 star reviews and valid complaints, WHY has things not changed? I walked in and up to the counter when an African American female pointed at thekiosk and said, you have to make your order there, no workers, and she walked away. I placed my order and asked a Hispanicgentleman if he had a bowl I could have (rushed out of the house in Biloxi MS and forgot to grab my puppy 's water dish). Hewalked away like he was going to get it, but came back shortly and started bagging food and talking to the Hispanic lady who wascooking. I got his attention and asked again. He said something to her and she looks at me and screams WHAT DO YOU WANT? Iexplained again; she said something in Spanish then held up the top to the pancake platter. I thanked her and waited in myfood. They call my order, I collect, and walk out. I realized my fries didn 't have ANY salt, so I walked back in to get some. Iwaited at the counter, the same male looked at me, but never offered to help and turned his back to work the drive thru. Ispotted salt on the other side of the counter and grabbed a couple of packs. He never said a word.

As a delivery driver everytime I come around and pick up an order around 11 at night or later they are closed but on the Google maps it says 24 hours confusing not only delivery drivers but people in general. And to add insult to injury the place looks100% open with all of their lights on including the drive thru lights but when you pull up to the intercom nobody greets you.Then when you pull up to the window nobody is there. If a restaurant is closed they need to turn off their delivery monitors.
