Cafe Du Monde Esplanade Mall - Kenner

The place is inside the mall. It is very clean and specious. The quality of beignet is very good and it is delicious. The staff is awesome and helpful. Kid friendly and handicap friendly too.

Same food quality like the one in New Orleans downtown area but much quieter here. Much shorter line. Staff was super nice. We came on the new year day and there was nobody here.

What ever happened to being served cafe au lait in a real mug, beignets on a plate, and spoons. The nostalgia is gone... Beignets were fresh, but not the same when served in a paper boat.

Well no mugs for coffee and the beignets was dry and not what I. Am use to so sorry to say I probably won't go back one on veterans is really good

Right atmosphere and very cosy. Decent cost and who doesn't love hot chocolate and beignet on a cold day. Update as of (8/14/19) Until recently you could pay with debit or credit cards. Now all the locations I've visited only accept cash. And the employees don't seem to know the reason why. My kids and one other lady were the only people here today.
