Typical Subway. Better staffed than most and they operate like a well oiled machine. Very efficient. Happy to see them care about sanitation by separating making subs and handling cash.
Food was good, employee was nice, available selection was terrible. Only had 1 flavor of wrap, limited bread selection and the pop machine only had diet coke. .

I more than wish I could give subway in Kennebunk negative stars. Definitely would if I could. They are the biggest pieces of ****, I did a Uber eats today there and when I got there the order was ready which was great, but the receipt that was stapled to it was covered in brown guacamole or avocado or maybe a substance that I am unaware of. So of course obviously I went up to the front counter to let them know and I asked kindly for a new receipt as I knew the customer was not going to like this disgusting mess Spread all over the receipt. First of all it is disgusting and second of all totally unprofessional for the employee to even think that was OK to put on the rack to be picked up in the first place. When I asked for a new receipt I got attitude from the woman and I use those words loosely I would not even like to call or a woman but I have to keep this PG obviously. She shook her head and rolled her eyes when I asked for the receipt and walked away so the young man that was there helped me and he was very kind. He got me a new receipt and I said thank you so much and as soon as he walked back over to help with the line that they were serving she mumbled under her breath but I was stupid and shook her head and then saw me that I was still there and stopped and said just wait. I knew she was waiting for me to leave so she could talk **** as soon as I left the door clearly. Absolutely disgusting service and even worse the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone when my mom called to complain and he said yeah that happens almost with a chuckle. That was not the problem about there being a mess on the receipt but it is not a hard thing to fix that mistake without being rude and it was not much at all for me to ask them to make a new receipt for me. I will never go back to this location to eat or do any door dash or any food delivery services. Shame on Kennebunk subway you guys are disgusting!
