Hurricane - KENNEBUNK

We make it a point to have at least one meal here every time we visit Kennebunkport, and once again, we were not disappointed. The food was expertly prepared and served promptly. Our waiter this time seemed a bit less friendly than those we’ve encountered in the past, which I suspect might have been influenced by other customers who appeared to be bigger tippers. He may have just been having a rough night. However, putting that aside, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and despite how crowded it was, the service was prompt. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were typical. My wife ordered a specialty cocktail and found it impressive. The waitstaff was attentive and skilled. However, parking is quite a challenge. I recommend finding a lot to the west and walking to the restaurant, as the area tends to be extremely busy. Be prepared for a bustling atmosphere! Overall, we dined in and had a great time.

We had a good time and good meals here. We had a window table that had a nice view of the sun set over the river. Our server was very good. When we first sat down, music was a bit loud and not at all martini and fine dining stuff. The server quickly had it changed when we pointed this out. The food was excellent. Not quite 5 stars as indicated above, not quite good. The fresh oysters were indeed fresh Maine oysters. Presentation on all the dishes was well done. Parking: There was parking but it is off drain now Kid-friendliness: Not really a kids place. Get a sitter.
