My family has been ordering from Nicola's Pasta Fresca for a while now and we are never disappointed with the fresh ingredients and flavorful raviolis and rice balls. Thank you for offering non-contact delivery during the quarantine, that is a nice touch.

I just made your Short Rib Raviolis and unfortunately I was not impressed. I wish they tasted as good as the box that came it. The filling taste like minced meatloaf mix and not beef short a ribs. Short rib meat should be dark brown and have a string like consistency.The ravioli themselves are to small and the corners of the pasta are too hard after cooking for almost 15 minutes. I have enjoyed home made Short Rib Raviolis and these are not close. Sorry but this was disappointing.
