Very rude service every time I have gone. I've had burnt shots by the morning girls as I work at 7am, and am there around 6:30. Although the ladies may be tired I wish they put extra care into making the customers happy and satisfied

15 min in the drive through at Kenai. Watched one girl empty the trash then come ask me if I wantedstraws or beans! I said no you just emptied the trash no hand washing... Why does the website say they are open until 6 pm on McKinley? They close at 5:30

Coffee express, a wonderful place that won't refill your personal mug, but will give you the opportunity (and the suggestion! to fill your mug from the paper cup they will fill! Thanks guys! Looking for cream? It's not publicly available, but they'll waste another cup for you. Now that's service! Whatever black long dark haired girl is working today..she needs to be fired... I don't know if she was high as a kite or what, but we ordered 2 white chocolate coconut milk mochas w/ flavoring and we received 2 Luke warm (about the temperature you'd give a baby) cups of 2% milk... I'm lactose and tolerant and that would have ruined my whole day had I drank it..not to mention she didn't even put coffee or syrup in either of them...we were charged 10.75 as well..way overpriced so who knows if she even rang that in right ...after we went back all we got was a sorry no money back definitely not coming back here again
