Five Star Restaurant - Kemptville

Very inexpensive and delicious food. I ordered the chicken balls, almond guy ding and rice. So much food....amazing egg rolls too. All for $12. Will be back.

Went here with my wife. Absolutely perfect. I loved the food. Service was fantastic. One of my favourite places in Kemptville.

Went to the 5 star family restaurant on our way home from the hospital as my girlfriend had just gone through an induction for labor at a local hospital. We ordered a few items A trout dish with salad and a dinner for 2 Chinese meal. We arrived home with our food 45 minutes later only to find her dinner trout and salad and egg rolls from the Chinese dinner were not with us. Called back and was told yep they are here. Went back to the store after asking for fresh fish on the phone as it would not be 30+ minutes old and waited for the food. Was handed the food by a waitress with a simple here you go no apology or anything. When i expressed that I was not impressed with this service as I had also seen previous customer to me had an extra 35 dollars added to her bill when someone didn't clear a calculator. I mentioned I would review my experience and was met with "you do what you need to do" as the other waitress stated "sorry bout you luck we are doing the best we can do" Clearly the ownership needs to take a look at their servers as their best cant even fill an order or use a calculator properly, and are dragging the business name through the mud. The food was mediocre at best and cold from having to drive back and forth to get the items we paid for. I will not be going back and would not recommend this establishment to anyone. More places in this town will be opening soon they need to work on customer service before more people like myself go elsewhere. Chris

We've eaten here numerous times over the years. Food is always hot, fresh, and plentiful! The Chinese combo plates are cheap and HUGE!!! Service is always really good and there's lots of seating. It's one of our favourite places to stop when in the area.

I usually order the two-egg breakfast at this restaurant. The portions are large and, in my opinion, they have the most delicious hash browns in town, topped with plenty of onions. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly.
