Ocean Basket Emperors Palace

DONT GO HERE .the service was very bad. the waiter took a long time to bring our food. when me and my mother asked for plates he come with them after 30 minutes or longer. The water my dad order had was dirty cause the lemon inside had sauces. the food I order was a platter for two which I shared with my mother had so much butter sauce that it was very had too eat it. lastly the waiter's attitude was just the icing on top. sorry but if you want a ocean basket where you will enjoy go anywhere but Emperors palace. the waiter's name was Rocky.

This is one of the best Ocean Basket I have been to. The service was excellent, great vibe and an amazing experience. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. He made our experience great.

I ordered bream with roasted veg. It took a while for the food to arrive. The fish was overdone,cooked from frozen I assume. The veg was raw and not roasted at all. The fish was sparsely spiced and bland and dry. This is not what I am used to from OB.

Stuff very rude .I sat here waiting to be served for 30 minutes this is unacceptable .After I had to call a waiter. And then a kind waiter served us good. Very disappointed in Ocean basket

Grilled Seafood platter for 1 is my favorite as it fills me to even have seconds after a while. On 08 Nov I went to OB Emperors Palace as I was within visinity got myself one for take out. When I reached my place the fish was size of 3 fish fingers they were fried which was per my requeste. Today I went there and got same manager who helped me yesterday only to respond sorry Ma'am it's our size. Which I found suprising because it has never been on menu, then I suggest it be written on website that portion sizes differs per store so that one will ask when they get there to which size that particular store is using as this is poor service
