JUST BEEN REVAMPED. NEW NAME, NEW MANAGEMENT. BEAUTIFUL DECOR.JOB WELL DONE. HERE IS THE ISSUE. MOST OF AURELIAS OLD STAFF NO LONGER WORK HERE. UNTRAINED STAFF WHO ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE MENU. 5 THINGS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE MENU.CHANGE OF WAITRONS 3 TIMES AND THERE WERE ONLY ABOUT 15 PATRONS SO NOT BUSY. VERY PRICEY WHICH IS FINE IF I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR SERVICE . WILL TRY IT ONE MORE TIME AND SEE. DEFINITELY WORTH THE AESTHETIC SIDE OF THE VISIT.

I was a guest at the hotel on 4 June 2022. I came downstairs for dinner early, so there was only two more clients. First impressions was that the dining room can be beautiful with a bit of updating. My waiter was not too welcoming, a little barky, but I suppose he gets the job done. The steak was cooked perfectly for my taste and the rice was good, as were the vegetables. I was very happy with the food quality and the prices. So , IF my waiter has been more welcoming and warm, I would have given Aurelia's 5*....
