Eculent - KEMAH

We were one of the lucky ones to get reservations at Eculent for their Houston Restaurant Week It was an absolutely fabulous meal.

This was the best meal of my entire lifeEach course got better , more interesting and more complexEculent should be on any Foodie's bucket list.

What a captivating evening of food art and fun From the minute you walk in, you can see that it will be an intimate experience.

The food was excellent but a little pricey for the portions received. The service was a challenge because the server did not speak/understand English very well. When asked about corkage fees we were told $55... So we went with the house Shiraz (Copper Moon) and that was $55 for a bottle of wine that is retailed for about $7... So all in all good food, WAY over priced!

Service was great and the food was flavorful and outstanding. We were able to bring a nice bottle of wine as well that brough out the flavours of each dish. I would go back and recommend.
