YAMA Kitchen - Kelowna

This is my favourite Japanese restaurant in Kelowna. We eat here or order our at least a couple times per month. It’s not a fancy place, and it’s down in the industrial area, but well worth a visit. I don’t eat sushi anywhere else in...Kelowna anymore.

Delicious sushi at a reasonable price in Kelowna’s north end and close to the Knox Mountain. We ordered Avocado and Yum sushi for take out and it was for pieces. Highly recommend.

I love this place! Cute little location AMAZING prices and the sushi was drool worthy. I like the crazy Yam roll and mi chicken the best but they also nailed the classics! Totally coming back.

Closed for in house right now due to covid. Just call. Great service. Great food. They have a great on line menu. Best kept secret in Kelowna.

For fun a few years ago we tried every sushi restaurant in Kelowna, and Yama was our favourite. We now go every Friday! The rolls are jam-packed with generous amounts of filling, the taste is delicious, and the quality is consistently excellent. Prices are appropriate...for the quality of food. We usually order take-out, and Mia knows us by name and is always cheery and attentive. We love the Crunch Roll and the Fantastic Roll (we like to omit the tomato). Will keep visiting Yama for as long as they are in business! Thanks, John Mia!
