Tim Hortons - Kelowna

Wow, this place is almost like it’s trying to cast a comedy TV show. the workers have no clue what they’re doing. They’re out of every single thing on the menu, except a sandwich with two ingredients – they forgot one! I wanted some butter, but sadly thought of that as well. I think the only way you would come here is if you are starving or really bored at the airport. What a nice location right between the people working here and the food. I don’t think it’s worth the risk.

They are so rude at this Tim hortons. We come here every morning and they mess up the order every time and their customer service is quit poor. I hope to see a change soon!

The time on Google is incorrect. Arrived at the airport at 6:30 pm and they closed shortly after... So annoying as I was expecting them to be open till 11 PM. Update your information and put up a time so people

Fairly easy going airport Timmy's, rarely long lines when I've been there. Today I ordered a M coffee with oat for my wife and as I was walking away I forgot to get it Decaf (my bad). So I went back to the counter and told them my mistake and offered of course to pay again and Randeep told me not to worry about it and happily remade my coffee. Thank you Randeep for the kindness on that small gesture! You're kindness RAN DEEP in my soul!(Literally two minutes after all this I found out my flight was cancelled, so that act of kindness was at least a nice touch to my day)

They served me chicken in a veg order. They didnt even apologise to me for this. They were very non serious
