The Italian Kitchen Lake Country

All the servers were incredibly friendly, and they were very accommodating when I needed to change my reservation multiple times. Their recommendations for cocktails and meals were spot on. The cocktails were unique and exceptionally tasty, and they offer a good selection of wines, with four reds and four whites available by the glass or bottle. I had heard amazing things about their spaghetti, and I can confirm that it lived up to the hype! Every plate was cooked to perfection, with the vegetables still crispy—thank goodness! Nothing is worse than overcooked asparagus, right? The pasta was perfectly al dente and well-seasoned. Although we skipped the appetizer, we were already quite full. However, we couldn’t resist trying the Tiramisu, especially after such delicious spaghetti. It was fantastic! They even took special care to sprinkle sliced almonds on the dessert, which were the tastiest almonds I’ve ever had. I don't know what they did, but wow! Overall, we enjoyed great service, cocktails, dinner, and dessert. I left feeling very satisfied and can’t wait to return for another girls' night out. Just a heads up: the tables are quite close together, so be prepared to socialize with your neighbors. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic spot for an anniversary, you might find it a bit loud and lacking in privacy, based on my friend's experience.

Make sure to reserve a table ahead of time! I wasn't happy with the initial seating as we were placed in low, uncomfortable chairs right next to an air vent blowing cold air. Luckily, they moved us to a fantastic spot on the patio! The service was exceptional, and the food was both delicious and satisfying. I will definitely return!

The gnocchi here is exceptional. I would contend that you won’t find a better gnocchi dish anywhere else. The Gorgonzola cream sauce paired with the homemade pasta is simply amazing. This restaurant was bustling, which is a testament to the outstanding service, atmosphere, and food quality. For such a small establishment in the quaint town of Lake Country, it’s clear that they are doing things right. We will definitely be returning many times in the near future. Thank you!

We enjoyed our dinner here, having been recommended to this place by friends. The service was very friendly and prompt. We plan on coming again, during other seasons of the year to experience the ambiance of each one.

Great meal for both of us! My husband had what he reported as the best blackened prime rib ever. My three courses for $35.00 was excellent value and really yummy. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
