Starbucks - Kelowna

There was a long line, but it was a busy Saturday at this location. The barista was friendly, and they appeared to be quite efficient. The drinks met my expectations.

I highly recommend Esteban at Harvey Mall! He perfected my iced shaken espresso to meet the highest standards—it's the best! Plus, the service at the store is really fast.

I visit this place almost every day I work. The staff are incredibly friendly, and everything I order is fantastic. Keep up the great work, Starbucks!

The coffee was yummy as usual, however the staff (manager) seemed to be having a bad day and was taking it out on me. I told her that we couldn’t hear her when she was calling out the names (mostly because of the music playing from the speakers above them) and I was met with hostility and eye rolling… I hope all is well with you Maddy, I wish you happiness and a less stressful day.
