Rustic Reel Brewing Company - Kelowna

We are from Thunder Bay ON and really enjoyed a quick pit stop. Beer and cider great but the huge fresh pretzel and house made mustards were the bomb.

I left this place feeling like I had just eaten in a high school cafeteria where the cool kids went out of their way to make it unpleasant. Lots of folks have great things to say; I do not. I found the place pretentious and manipulative. Came in wanting a pint and a sandwich, chatted with the host, sat down and when ordered. At that time the server informed us that there was a special event going on outside and that there would be a $10 minimum donation. It turns out it was for animals so we stayed. The cider was good, the sandwich was standard pub faire- both were expensive.When we went to pay they informed us it was actually $10 minimum person.Sure would have been nice to be told up front. Like paying a cover charge for an event that you didn’t attend.Weird business model.I left feeling that this place was greasy.Given the options in Kelowna I wouldn’t recommend it.

Love this place. The vibe is so positive and casual. I didn’t try any food but the next table had nachos and looked amazing definitely going back to try them. Staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. Overall very happy.

My favourite brewery in Kelowna and we have many fantastic ones.Fabulous staff, rustic and a large space yet they still manage to create a cozy ambiance, The food is fantastic and the build your own Caesar on Sundays is a must to start off your Funday Sunday!Highly recommend !

Great atmosphere, good beer. The tables are set up for great socialization opportunities. Great drinks and good food.
