Very clean place, and good quality food comparing to Hwy33

Ordered a variety bucket, waited for 20 minutes although they did say it would take a bit), and took food home. The fried chicken was soaked in oil, the skin was soggy and flavourless, no spices. The fries were also very under spiced, and the skin on both tenders and chicken tasted burnt. The chicken itself was still good though.

Usually this is my favorite kfc to go to even though it’s out of the way. But my wrap was falling apart and instead of the pepper mayo I got spicy. Plus more lettuce then meat. So yeah.

We ordered delivery and unfortunately they make you pay before delivery. What this meant for us is that they would come to our building not buzz us to let us know our food had arrived so we could get it while it was hot. The driver just left it outside and it was cold outside so we waited and waited. I called the store and they said it was delivered, so I went down to pick it up and of course it was cold.We went into the store and the young manager called me a liar and said her driver notified us that it was there. The manager was absolutely too young to deal with a customer situation. I will never ever go back to this store and would never recommend it to anyone

This was the first time I have experienced racism as a white Canadian. Little did this staff know, during my 45 minute wait that I had google translate running. I take pride in being fully accepting and welcoming of all cultures and walks of life. I 'm a proud supporter of the Indo Canadian community, and have many wonderful relationships with new Canadians. This behaviour and pure disatin for my business was deplorable. I fully understand that this review won 't make a difference. All I can ask anyone reading this is simply this. Don 't spend money here and the reverse racism will stop.
