Bidrage med feedbackIt is a shame the first time I ate here it was delcious. Today Jan 12 I came it is only 130 there is only one person working. Looks like they trying to close down the joint early. My bowl was cold, noodles tasted like they where a week old and half cooked all chewy and crunchy. My falafel was cold it tasted like worker scooped it out of a dumpster. So unfortunate. Waste of 16$ so disappointed ?? I would recommend skipping this place unless you like to be disappointed ?

Awful service!No menu up. Rude service completely unhelpful. Had to pull up my menu on my phone since they didn’t have it up. The one girl helping us doesn’t know what she has ready she needed to get attention to the other girl who had AirPods in her ears. Doesn’t have any bananas so can’t make any smoothies. Needs new staff and management. Also need fresh ingredients all there ingredients looked old. Worst Freshii experience I’ve ever had.
The ingredients are disgusting and old. There litterally was slimy salad she was going to put on my wrap. I asked her politely if she would eat that salad she was going to serve me. She shrugged her shoulders and says its what it is. Restaurant smelt like mold!! I asked for my money back and the girl working said that is impossible. Management needs to so some quality checks!! I'll never return. Do not waste your money
I ordered on the app with credit card. With my order was 4 bottles of gummies which they don't sell- but charge you for anyways! They said they would call headquarters to refund me and call me. It has been a week and I am still trying to get my money from them $50) and they will not talk to me. I have called headquarters, they say that they were supposed to pay me and to deal with the restaurant who won't call me! I've never been ripped off like this before at a restaurant. Pretty shady!!!
