McDonald's - KELLYVILLE

I have been to this McDonald's location many times over the past few years and have never had any issues. I am surprised by some of the reviews claiming that items are always missing. The food quality is standard for McDonald's. The restrooms, like many McDonald's locations, can be a bit dirty.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my 30 years of ordering from McDonald's. Every time we go there, items are missing and the food is cold. We always say we won't order from there again, but we always end up doing so. Tonight, we received the wrong order once again, with family members missing drinks, fries, etc. How hard is it to put together an order correctly? The service is poor and the workers lack proper training.

Once I turned 60 and received a senior card, I discovered that I could get my coffee for free. I tried ordering at various McDonald's locations, offering my senior card, but was told not to worry. However, at my local McDonald's in North Kellyville, they did not serve coffee to seniors through the drive-thru. I was instructed to go into the restaurant to order my coffee. When I went inside, there was no one to serve me in the cafe area, so I left without my coffee. During the school holidays, I had my three grandchildren in the car and promised to take them to McDonald's for lunch. Before heading to my local McDonald's, I thought I could use my senior card to get a coffee, even though they normally don't serve seniors at this location. I placed a $38 order and requested a coffee with my senior card, but was told I had to go inside to make the order. I expressed concern about leaving the kids in the car during closing, but was told that was the only option. I spoke to the manager, who couldn't provide a reason for this policy, stating only that the licensee didn't want to serve senior coffees through the drive-thru. This negative experience at McDonald's North Kellyville shows a lack of care for their customers.

We had just a quick lunch before our trip to the entrance. the service was a bit slow and even if we asked to feed the meal into the collection container, give us a table number and we went. in order to pick up the meal in the writing. they shall serve us in the table, and that is the purpose of giving us the number, but that has never happened. the premisse was also dirty and not well presented, probably they need to change the management. not really the best place to enjoy a meal. we will not recommend it to anyone.

It's about as good as they can expect from maccas. there are no complaints that are sometimes too busy.
