Bidrage med feedbackI got two beautiful cakes last weekend One was a fresh cream sponge abousely delish. The other one a beautiful chocolate fudge . The food here is always great.
We stopped at The Coffee shop in Moynalty on our way to the Zoo last week. It was like an oasis as we were finding it difficult to find somewhere open , and what a lucky find . We got fabulous home made soup and brown bread , sandwiches and had to have some of the wonderful fusies ! ie brownies, lemon drizzle cake and bakewell tart. All so delicious . Coffee the real thing and all v generous portions. It was a half way stop and kept us going all day . Highly recommend.
I stumbled upon the Coffee shop by chance, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The freshly baked scones were crumbly and delicious, served warm with jam and cream. The tea was served in a good-sized teapot with a smooth pour, without any dripping (which is a pet peeve of mine). The enticing smell of the soup of the day led me to the Coffee shop, as the sign was quite small. I enjoyed having access to Wifi, a peaceful atmosphere, and delectable food, and I would have loved to try a main course. The Coffee shop also features local artwork for sale, including beautiful pictures made from small stones and pebbles at reasonable prices. Moynalty is a charming ancient part of Meath, and exploring the village with a cup of tea and a snack afterwards is definitely worth the visit.
This place is not a coffee shop its like the front room of an auld house way to small food is Brutal and cold coffee
This is a fantastic spot to grab coffee, coffee cake, or a light lunch, have a chat, or just relax. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy.
