The Broken Wheel - Kellogg

Literally had to go retrieve my own order and that of my party from under the heat lamp after waiting for our waitress for TEN MINUTES as she slowly filled drinks for a table who had just arrived. Due to this, my food was cold, but I was so hungry I didn’t care.

Food was amazing. Amazing price. Very friendly. Definitely going to bring my family back. The waitress was amazing, funny, friendly, no problems while I was there u guys rock keep up the amazing cooking and

They didn't let us know beforehand that it was going to be a really, really long wait. We ordered three meals (two burgers with fries and onion rings and one chicken sandwhich with fries). We waited an hour, and we didn't get any fries or one of the burgers. There were only ever 3 small groups (2-4 people) including is in the place so we knew they weren't busy. The waitress explained it was because the cook is new. At least we got a hilarious story out of it! We walked away dying laughing and got McDonald's for the person that didn't get food.

I had a French dip and a soda, my s/o had a Reubens that had real corned beef. Fries were ok. Parking: Additional parking in the back, clearly marked.

Food was burnt, took 45 minutes to get the food. Waited 15 minutes to be seated and there were only 8 other people in the whole place. Waited over 10 minutes to get asked what we wanted to drink...3 tables were dirty (not busted) the entire time we were there...our server never checked on us at all!! Had to ask for silverware and napkins, the ENTIRE experience was horrible!!
