Roscoe's Coffee House - Keller

My go-to coffee place in Keller. They get my order right each time. The staff are always pleasant and it just has that nice independent feel.

This coffee shop is so good. Nice place to study or just meet up with friends. I get the vanilla caramel latte everytime and they are very consistent!

Really wanted to support local, but spent 20 minutes in line behind 2 people (not busy at all) for one $5.75 ?‍? iced coffee. Customer service was also very lacking. Back to 151 Coffee I go ?

I wanted to like this place SO BADLY. I have been here 5 times total. Each time, the girls running the window are so.. unfriendly. I always try and conversate and ask how their day is but the window keeps getting shut on my face. Customer service is very important to be and it is so upsetting to be treated poorly when trying to simply support small business and Keller as a whole. I have tried to ask the person on the speaker board for recommendations as they have unique flavors and sugar free options available upon request, yet I am continuously shut down and ignored. I have ordered the same latte four separate times, and each time it tastes different. They wouldn't even honor my 10% first time coupon : I am very disappointed by this place and wish they did better as I enjoyed the thought of replacing my chain-coffee with something local.
