I ordered a dozen cookies and she charge me for a dozen cookies +3 sugar cookies I asked her I said I only got a dozen cookies and she open the box and said what don’t I want and I was like ma’am I only got a total of a dozen cookies I think you’re overcharging me and she insisted on meet me paying a total amount I paid the amount and I left the store I’m never returning she was rude

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Below average food and beverages mixed with bad attitude blonde behind the counter. No wonder the place was empty!!

Owner is so rude looks at you as if you’re stupid. Cookies were dry gross. I don’t know how a company will do well when their cookies suck on top of it have such a rude owner. It’s no surprise to me to see other customers having this same issue.

Wonderful staff and tasty goodies. They are able to turn around decorated cookies really fast.
