I placed a collection order and arrived within the designated time. The ordering process was straightforward. However, when I asked a staff member if my order was ready, she responded with a very unpleasant attitude, which I decided to overlook. While I was waiting, I noticed another employee, who was just taking payments at the register, handling salads and toppings with her bare hands, without washing them first. At first, I thought she was preparing something for herself, but then I saw her pack up my order and hand it to me. I just want to let the owner know that the food handling practices were concerning when I left.

I noticed a girl behind the register who was handling the money and then, without washing her hands, she proceeded to touch the salads, tomatoes, and other ingredients for an antipasto. I initially thought it was just for her, but then I saw her pack it up and hand it to a customer, which was concerning. I just wanted to let the owner know that the hygiene standards were not up to par when I left.
