Arby's - Kaysville

Holy S ! 45min to complete an order which consisted of two number 11s, a number 10, and a number 12, with two orders of fries, no drinks. First off they misunderstand me when I say “No fries one of the number 11s” and they think I said I didn’t want the bread. How the hell does “No fries…” equate to no bread for a sandwich? Anyway, DON’T come here. If you value your time and patience, DON’T come here. However, if you choose to come here, perhaps you can end up getting a free meal…after 45min. SMDH

Food is good, people are nice. But good luck getting anything extra you ask for (sauce, napkins, straws, etc. I asked for arby's sauce 3 separate times during my drive- through experience, and was asked to remind them at the window as well. Still received no sauce even though my food was handed to me less than 20 seconds after my 3rd time asking for it.

Was told it would be a one minute wait for my food… ended up waiting over 10 minutes for a simple order and ultimately made me late to work

Got the French dip in the drive through and didn’t see they hadn’t given me the au ju until I got home. Make sure to double check your orders or you might waste your money.

Bun was hard as well as cold. Fries were cold and old tasting. This is the 2nd time trying them again from that last experience I ha e had with them. Wo't be coming back.
