Mcdonald's - Kayenta

A great pit stop as you travel across northern AZ.Clean restrooms every time!!Regular McD's fare. Occasionally they won't have ice cream because it can be difficult getting deliveries.

Decent atmosphere as it seems somewhat new. But their service is very poor. The machine to order food had issues and server said she can't do anything about it and I used my coupon and it didn't work because of the machine. She said that coupon is gone and I can't use it.Also the meal costs like $12 for burger fries and drink..

This McDonald's prices were double where I live which I get they can do when there are not a lot of options. The quality however was not that great. I ordered own food and paid at the kiosk. Felt like we waited a while, although it did not seem that busy inside. I ordered a double cheeseburger and my bun was hard. More workers were inside than customers. The cleanliness of environment/restaurant was outstanding.Kid-friendliness: The place was very clean. They also have an indoor play area and it was clean. Plenty of highchairs as well.

Tourism and locals keep this franchise flying.They were out of the frozen treats but the staff is courteous and very helpful.It gets busy here so don't bring an attitude.

We ordered through drive through. I asked if they put ketchup in the bag, they said yes. We checked and they had not. Had to turn around to get some. They also did not give us any napkins and didn't acknowledge us at the window when we picked up the food.
