Original 昼の営業はいいけど、夜は接客も料理も微妙です。 なぜ同じメニューなのにこんなに味が違うのか。。ポテト頼んだらいかにも揚げすぎな茶色いポテト 勿体無いとかではなく、揚げ過ぎは商品価値ないので提供以前の問題ですよね？ を多分バイト学生に愛想笑いもなく手渡されました。他の料理も明らかに昼間より質落ち。 そもそも皿を受け取るのは客の善意であって、当然ではないです。一般的には客の前に皿をサーブするまでがサービス。それを定点から動かず呼びかけ、持ったまま待っているのも、手渡すのも怠慢。バイトでもパートでも店の顔、ファミレスだからってサーブの際のマナーも教育できないってどうなのかなぁと思います。そもそも社員さんもご存じない？猫ちゃんロボットの方がまだイラッとしないだけいいかも。
