Dockside Grill - Kawartha Lakes

Came through the town of fenelon an decided to stop in with family for a quick lunch. Service was friendly and food was fast an great! Will definitely eat here again !

My boyfriend and I came here with two other family members. We were visiting the area from his cottage and were hungry. We picked this place because it said breakfast. When we walked in it was semi busy. Part of the reason this rating is so low is because of service. It took a while for the people working their to notice us and they told us to sit somewhere. The lady was not overly friendly. The waitress was really nice and took our order and brought our drinks in a timely manner. That's where it goes downhill. It took us an hour to get our food. It wasn't even super busy. There was also no communication as to why it was taking so long or when we would get our food. She came over once to apologize. Unless they only had one cook, there was no reason to wait that long. It just took up a lot of our day. The food was decent though. We enjoyed it. It's just not worth the wait or poor service.

We were staying at a cottage nearby and thought we would go to Fenelon Falls for a afternoon out, decided to try out Dockside Grill, we were told abruptly there was no space, we were willing to wait and eat in separate parties and they still said no very rudely, obviously they don't need the business, won't be returning and I would advice anyone not to go after being treated like that! Awesome food. I believe they have wing night on Wednesday. Very reasonable prices..right near the locks

We popped in here for lunch, just as well we were not time constrained. We had a glass of wine and ordered. We waited over 45 minutes and then asked the waitress what the delay was. We were informed there were kitchen problems. Then two of our meals arrived and it took another 10 minutes for the remaining 3. The food when it came was very good but the wait was unacceptable.
