Bella Italia - Kaunas

The place is cozy and like family italian pizzeria. But they doesn’t give a drinking glass of water from tap. When I asked for a glass, the italian guy said that “you are not in Italy, you in Lithuania and here rules are different”. If you want a water in this place you must order a plastic bottle.

Service was unpleasant. 3/4 waitresses had an attitude problem quite rude and impatient. I get that they don't get paid much and are busy but no need to take it out on customers. We felt a bit uncomfortable. We had pizza which no one who have ever tried actual pizza would call it that it feels like someone who had seen (but not tasted) pizza abroad described it to a chef who has never ever seen or tried it so the chef made its own idea of a pizza

Seriously outdated place. Starting from the interior and all the way to their dishes, including pizzas. Everything feels cheap and low quality. This place has definitely seen better times in the past, without proper renewal of the concept it is destined to vanish.

I got food poisoning of pizza the second time we ate there and were very sick, my family too. The first time we order chicken shashlik and they came with pork shashlik and the waitress said that they didn’t had chicken at the moment. Calamari were strange and pizza dough were frozen. This place aren’t good at all

Prime location. Easy atmosphere. Tactical service. Real espresso coffee which perfectly boosts.
